[ME2RC] Server issues 'should' be gone now

Yesterday (and today in some parts of the world) our server host had some issues resulting in extreme slow page loading in ME2RC and sometimes it wasn't even possible to connect.

Hopefully it won't happen again. Grunt in standing by to kick some butt if it does ;)
